Organizational Goals

 The  role of Sioux Empire Community Organizations Active In Disaster is to  help disaster victims with unmet needs, coordinate the collection &  distribution of donations, provide recovery information to the public,  mobilize unaffiliated volunteers and leader community relief campaigns.  The following organizational goals guide the Sioux Empire COAD in its  efforts.  

• Identify those community organization and resources that can be called upon when a disaster strikes.

• Facilitate communication among organizations that want to help when help is needed.

• Coordinate organizations that want to help, but don't know how to make themselves available.
