Statewide Strength

 The  Sioux Empire COAD communicates and collaborates with the South Dakota  VOAD (Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster) to prepare and respond  to large-scale disasters.
 

The South Dakota VOAD is a coalition of nonprofit organizations that respond to disasters as part of their overall mission when a federal disaster is declared.
